- We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. For international shipping, please contact us for a custom quote.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted locations.

- Free shipping is available for all orders delivered within the Liverpool Combined Authority Region.
- Standard and insured shipping rates apply to other UK regions. See tables below for details.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, value, and destination.

5. Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, typically 2-5 business days for UK orders.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
6. Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking information will be provided by email once your order is dispatched, where available.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
