- You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or perishable items (including supplements, food, or custom products) cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
- Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.
3. How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@potentleaf.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will provide instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition or returned after 30 days.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details and photos.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please provide photos and your order number.
