• Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or perishable items (including supplements, food, or custom products) cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
• Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.

3. How to Return an Item

• Email us at info@potentleaf.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
• We will provide instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition or returned after 30 days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
